          • Manufacturing activity across entire value chain from polysilicon-wafer-cell-module.
          • The Govt of West Bengal has allotted 800 Acres of land in Haldia, W.B.
          • 200 Acres is already acquired by us and the balance will be acquired very soon.
          • MOU is already signed with the technology provider “CENTOTHERM” a German Company on Turnkey basis.
          • We have already finalize EPCC contractor.
          • Financial arrangement of $ 550 Mn for fab plant and $ 220 Mn for associated plant is completed.
          • Expected Commercial Operation Date is May 2010.
